3. What's considered a “Transaction” in the Signal plan?

For eCommerce: A transaction typically refers to a purchase event or order completed on your online store. Each successful checkout tracked and sent to an ad platform (like Google or Meta) counts as one transaction.

4. What's considered a “Lead” in the Signal plan?

For Lead Generation:

A lead refers to a successful form submission - such as a filled form, booked demo, or sign-up event, that's sent as a conversion to your ad platform. Each lead captured and synced is counted as one Lead.

5. What's counted as a “Session” in the Pulse plan?

A session refers to a single visit to your website by a user. In the Pulse plan, EasyInsights does not define sessions on its own. Instead, it fetches and syncs session data directly from your existing analytics tools.

6. What happens if I exceed the included transactions/lead or sessions?

For Signal: You'll be charged INR 420 for every additional 100 transactions/lead.

For Pulse: You'll be charged INR 4200 for every additional 100K sessions.

7. What is a Source ?

A Source is any platform from which EasyInsights collects your data. This could include eCommerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce, CRMs, payment gateways, analytics tools, or even your own backend APIs. Think of it as where your data is coming from.

8. What is a Destination ?

A Destination is where EasyInsights sends your enriched data and audiences. This includes platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, DV360, WhatsApp, or email marketing tools. You can use these destinations to improve ad targeting, performance tracking, or run custom campaigns using high-quality signals.

9. Can I add more sources or destinations in the Signal plan?

Yes, absolutely. You can add additional data sources or destinations at $50 each per month.

10. What is a Lookback Window?

A lookback window is the time frame in which a user's actions are considered for attribution.

Pulse offers a default lookback window of 12 months

Echo includes an unlimited lookback window, giving complete historical visibility across customer journeys.

11. What are “Events” and “Audiences”?

Events are specific user actions or behaviors you choose to track - like purchases, form submissions, or product views.

Audiences are groups of users created based on these events or other attributes like frequent buyers, cart abandoners, or users inactive for 30 days.

12. What if I need more events or audiences?

If you need to go beyond the 10 events and audiences included in the Signal plan, you can easily add more at $10 per event or audience per month.

Yes. All plans come with Email and Chat Support. The Echo plan includes Call Support and a Dedicated POC for white-glove onboarding.
